I’ve been traveling a lot recently and this has resulted in me needing to use alternative ways to gain access to email than my home/office ISP (actually a home office).

I thought about using a Gmail address (email accessible from any web browser), but it’s not as professional looking as my business sites email and to be honest I hate web based email!

So after a lot of research I found SMPT2GO which I’m pretty sure works with any device that can send emails (used it with my PDA, Desktop PC and Laptop anyway).

Basically you change you outgoing SMTP server to smtp2go email server and this allows you to send your email without having to login to your ISPs SMTP server. If you can get online, you can send email via smtp2go.

Who is JonBenet Ramsey

JonBenét Patricia Ramsey (August 6, 1990 – December 25, 1996) was a six-year-old beauty pageant contestant who was found murdered in the basement of her parents’ home in Boulder, Colorado, United States, eight hours after being reported missing. Snakes on a Plane does that not sound like a bad B movie

This is a classic for a teenager (sounds like one of my kids!)-

That’s a quote from Michelle Wie the 16 year old from Hawaii who is playing in the Women’s British Open.

Come on girl, did you learn nothing at school, read the bloody rules of the game. How else do you expect to be taken seriously if you don’t know when you are doing something wrong!

Who the hell is Reichen Lehmkuhl and Lance Bass and why do you care?

Looking through Google’s Zeitgeist: Search patterns, trends, and surprises which lists the movers and shakers of search.

At the top for the week ending 31st July is Reichen Lehmkuhl and second Lance Bass.

Another Google search reveals Reichen Lehmkuhl is the boy friend of the gay, former ‘N Sync member Lance Bass. I used to listen to ‘N Sync, but can’t recall a single song or who he is!

I’ve not kept track of Gibson’s exploits, but a recent comment on an earlier post Mel Gibson For President peeked my interest (should I delete that post now?).

What I find most disturbing is the timing, Mel Gibson is in talks with ABC TV to do a mini series on the Holocaust!! What was he thinking going off like that!!

Are home owners mad, if rates go above 8% there is a very good chance it will hurt house prices as less first time buyers enter the market!

8% would be a possible disaster, could lead to a recession in the economy isn’t handled wisely!

ING Direct’s fourth annual homeowners survey, released Friday, said people who have owned homes for at least three years expect new mortgage rates to rise 1.6 percentage points over the next 12 months.
