Fun questions

1. describe the last dream you had (or the last one you can remember) I’m really bad with dreams, I have them often but the only ones I remember are either far too abstract to describe coherently, mainly concerned with sex or are these really cool, long, epic suspense-thriller dreams which usually involve me uncovering this conspiracy and leading a secret rebellion against it (Freud would say this symbolises some subconscious paranoia, but I think it has more to do with my repressed imagination (I used to write a lot of stories when I was younger, but I lost interest in high school)). I can actually wake up during the night, and go back to sleep and the dream continues where it left off. They’re fucking awesome, but extremely rare. I didn’t answer the question, did I?

2. what’s your earliest memory? I’ve always had this nagging feeling at the very edge of my perception that I can remember what it sounded like in the womb. When I was younger, I borrowed a tape off one of my friends, and in between a few of the tracks there was this strange muffled ambient noise. I listened to it and I had the weirdest feeling that I’d heard it before. I must’ve listened to it about 50 times over and over again, trying to place it, but I couldn’t, then the thought just came out of nowhere. I still remember that feeling, sort of like a subtle mixture of deja vu and goosebumps. *shrug* I’m not sure if I made it up, but if it’s real is then it certainly qualifies as my earliest memory.

3. when and why did you start blogging? It would’ve been about 12 or so months ago. Basically a few people I knew had these blogs and I thought they were a good idea, so I thought “Why not me?”. I did it for a month or so, teaching myself basic html, and only updating seldomly, until I pulled the plug because I was bored with it. Then about a month later I kept having these thoughts which would keep resurfacing, and I decided to give it another try. My html skills improved, and I actually started looking forward to writing this complete crap. Why do I still do it? Therapy, I suppose. I seem to be of the opinion that my thoughts are actually useful and relevant, or at least will be some day, so it keeps my brain in order to file them away in an archive so I can concentrate on other things.

4. if you could have dinner with 2 people, living or dead, who would they be? Shit, I hate this question… I don’t know… I’ve been thinking for about 20 minutes and I still don’t know…

5. WHAT ARE YOU WEARING OMG LOLZ? Erm, this white corduroy-esque long-sleeve shirt and some old red board-shorts. Nothing terribly interesting or fashionable.
