Why do you think we have a justice system in the first place to evaluate the crime and provide appropriate punishment if, as you think, that "a crime is a crime is a crime"? Justice is blind in terms of who it is punishing, not the motives behind it. And for your information, the difference between painting a swastika and "no war" is that under Section 418 of the NSW Crimes Act, the law states that you are not guilty of a crime if it was committed with the aim of preventing injury or death, damage to property, deprivation of liberty or criminal trespass.
