I’ve been traveling a lot recently and this has resulted in me needing to use alternative ways to gain access to email than my home/office ISP (actually a home office).
I thought about using a Gmail address (email accessible from any web browser), but it’s not as professional looking as my business sites email and to be honest I hate web based email!
So after a lot of research I found SMPT2GO which I’m pretty sure works with any device that can send emails (used it with my PDA, Desktop PC and Laptop anyway).
Basically you change you outgoing SMTP server to smtp2go email server and this allows you to send your email without having to login to your ISPs SMTP server. If you can get online, you can send email via smtp2go.
About the only drawback is they limit you to 5 email addresses, which sucks a bit, but fortunately for me I’ve setup some email redirects for when I’m on the road meaning I can use unlimited emails
Try SMPT2GO for yourself they have a money back guarantee.
I’ve been using their email server roughly 3 days a week for almost a month with no problems, so highly recommend them.

We gave SMTP 2 go a try as it was $2 a month right now (June when we tried their service) and it’s great so far in second month.
My hubby messed up the install at the start (something about the wrong port?), support got us going in under half an hour ;>)
Thanks for the tip Chase.

Great service. Performs as promised, at a reasonable price.
After months of fighting with my ISP trying to get my email free of that bloody SpamCop outfit, I found smtp2go, and we have been happy ever since! I would recommend them to anyone who is experiencing SMTP problems. Great company!
